Job Duties:
Develop and implement clinical programs while providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Maintain active BCBA certification
Meet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials prepared
Communicate with Clinical and Operational leadership
Communicate regularly and professionally with clients' caregivers and families
Attend, participate, and prepare for regular and ongoing team meetings
Support in maintenance of established community relationships

The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in Company Centers. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Interventionist is responsible for supporting administrators and teachers in their efforts to prepare students for academic success in a Blended Learning environment. Instructional Interventionist will work with students in need of this service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Valid Texas teaching certification
Preferred:
A minimum of three years of successful teaching
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Excellent motivational skills with students and teachers
Experience in coaching and teaching other teachers
Ability to work well with others
Ability to exhibit flexibility.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Assist with bridging the gap of reading and math skills with students not meeting standards.
Collaborate with all teachers to ensure all grade levels receive quality instruction on a daily basis
Ensure that students are learning math and reading through literacy concepts.
Monitor and track student progress every 3 weeks.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in Company Centers. The Registered Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs, assist with parent training, and assist the BCBA and with clinical assessments as needed. The Registered Behavioral Technician is primarily responsible for using science-based practices that require proper protocols to create, implement, and repeat learning opportunities (trials) with clients, and documenting the child's progress and responses. The Registered Behavioral Technician will perform job tasks under the supervision of a BCBA, use prompts and positive reinforcement with clients, and help clients to develop and build skills that will allow them to be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Provides direct client care in one on one and group settings while utilizing a combination of discreet trail training and natural environment training
Follows the prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined in each client's individualized treatment plan prepared by the BCBA
Assists parents and caregivers with training aligned with each client's individualized treatment and behavior reduction protocols
Effectively communicates with parents and caregivers regarding client progress as instructed by BCBA
Assists BCBA in the preparation of client materials, behavior reduction assessments, and skills acquisition
Sustains a score of at least 85% on monthly evaluations
Utilizes safe and appropriate procedures when working with clients and appropriately reports all incidents and safety concerns
Works with clients on a long-term basis to help them reach goals; tracks client progress
Records outcomes and services provided to clients; performs timely and accurate data entry and maintains appropriate systems
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of client files and records
Collects, records, and summarized data on observable client behavior
Ensures documentation is completed on time and follows established Company procedures
Answers questions from applicants, clients, and employees relative to services and resources
Performs all duties in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Abides by the RBT Ethics Code at all times
Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
Maintains a strong working knowledge of Company standards including policies and procedures, organizational standards, compliance, services, etc.
Attends ongoing education and training sessions
Handle self and performs work in an ethical manner in accordance with Company standards of conduct, and other applicable policies
Attendance and participation in organizational team meetings is required
