Minimum responsibilities for the Direct Support Professional DSP:
Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of patients in facilities such as nursing homes, group homes, and personal care homes
Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake
Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes
Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment
Minimum Requirements for the Direct Support Professional DSP:
High school diploma or GED; required
Valid Driver's License and Driver's License Record; required
CPR and First Aide certification; required
six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working with intellectually and physically disabled individuals; preferred
Knowledge of Office of Developmental Program (ODP); preferred

We are looking for a Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) for our Severe Behavior Treatment Program located in Cherry Hill, NJ (an easy commute from Philadelphia). The Severe Behavior Treatment Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience severe behavioral challenges. The clinic based program provides intensive behavior analytic assessment and treatment services within a specialized environment with a high staffing ratio. The Senior Behavior Analyst serves in a leadership role providing direct supervision of clinical cases. Ensures valid and timely functional analyses and treatment evaluations are completed to develop effective, long-lasting, and generalizable treatments for clients served in the program.
Responsibilities:
The Senior BCBA supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic treatment.
Serves as the clinical supervisor for assigned clients, leading the development and implementation of treatment; this includes functional analyses, preference and reinforcer assessments, and treatment evaluations.
Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of clients.
Supervises behavior analysts and clinical specialists. Identifies training needs and develops and conducts training to ensure quality behavioral services are delivered.
Conducts admission screenings, admission evaluations and intake assessments; oversees the admission, transition, and discharge processes.
Completes submissions for funding sources and leads clinical authorization process and ensures complete documentation and billing of services.
Leads parent and caregiver training on effective implementation of treatment protocols.
Conducts and presents research to internal and external audiences

Bucks County Community College\: Two semester-long courses related to Child Development, Education, or Psychology/Human Behavior
RBT Certification\: The RBT is a credentialed instructional assistant who practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and classroom teacher. The RBT is responsible for providing educational instruction to assigned individuals in a structured classroom environment designed to promote intellectual, behavioral, emotional, and social growth. The RBT is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans developed by the supervisor/teacher/program behavior analyst. The RBT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments directed by the teacher/supervisor/behavior analyst. He or she will assist in implementing individualized programs that are appropriate to the populations served, specifically children and adolescents (ages 5-21 years) with special education needs. The RBT will typically be assigned to a classroom or with an individual student but may be required to work with individuals from other classrooms, as assigned by supervisors.
Populations served are intensely challenging. The position requires staff to be aware that individuals served may exhibit aggressive behaviors and/or self-injurious behavior. The RBT will need to be alert and ready to respond to the individual's needs according to effective behavior analytic intervention or crisis plan. The RBT must be able to handle stressful situations with the utmost professionalism.
Essential Functions\:
Participate in the implementation of each student's educational program as outlined in his or her Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and according to the schedule and routine of the classroom program.
Act as a liaison in communicating with families, Bucks IU staff, and others about the ongoing needs of the students.
Follow the behavior support plans as provided by the teacher/BCBA.
Assist with assessment of student performance, identify needs for remedial training and report such needs to the teacher as follow up.
Escort students to lunch in cafeteria, gymnasium, music classroom, and auditorium for scheduled events; Supervise and support students during eating activities, gym, outdoor recess, and field trips as needed.
Provide support to students attending inclusive regular education classes, assisting with modifications as directed by the teachers/supervisor.
Oversee students while embarking and disembarking from school bus, as needed.
Attend required training sessions, in-service workshops, and update skills as directed by the supervisor/teacher (minimum 40 hours during the first year, Minimum 20 hours per year each subsequent year).
Achieve a passing score on the Behavior Analysis Certification Board RBT Credential Training, Competency Assessment and RBT Credentialing Exam.
After certification occurs, the RBT will be expected to support the program's classroom teacher and behavior analyst by modeling behavior analytic strategies for other staff who work in the program.
Assist students in activities of daily living and personal care skills (including toileting), as needed.
Assist with administrative duties as directed such as recording data, setting up equipment, preparing materials for instruction.
Participate in supervision from the BCBA and follow recommendations and guidance provided by the BCBA.
Implements behavior analysis procedures under the guidance, support and direction from the BCBA.
Annually demonstrate satisfactory implementation of the RBT required competencies in a precise and timely manner.
Participate in routine supervision as per the BACB and track their supervision hours in the Bucks IU designated system.
Comply with all certification requirements outlined by the BACB including annual renewal fees.
Assist with the creation and delivery of presentations related to behavior analytic content and procedures.
Assist with the collection of A-B-C data to assist with functional assessment of students.
Provide in the moment guidance and feedback regarding behavior analytic principles.
Regular consultation with the supervising BCBA especially when staff guidance and feedback is provided.
Competency Assessment\: At the conclusion of the RBT training program, selected participants are expected to achieve a “Passing” score on the Behavior Analysis Certification Board RBT Competency Assessment and RBT Credentialing Exam. An examination will be taken at the conclusion of the training period. There is a competency/ skills assessment that occurs after the training period and every year thereafter (it is an annual requirement).

Schedule TMS treatment appointments
Administer TMS treatments according to protocols provided by the prescribing provider
Monitor patients during their Spravato treatments
Ensure effective treatment by accurately positioning TMS equipment

Requirements
Behavior Technician (RBT) Basic & Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds
Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending, for extended periods of time.
Must be able to walk and run to chase clients and maintain a three-foot distance at all times
Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing
Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection and session documentation
Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication though computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
Must be able to take written data and transfer to electronic files or data base systems
