Responsibilities
The Behavior Technician is responsible for delivering one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will encourage, support, and challenge these children to reach new milestones by teaching new skill acquisition and behavior modification.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Works 1:1 with a child in performing ABA therapy, following the guidance in the behavior treatment plan and under the direction of a supervising clinician.

What you will do:
The RBT is a paraprofessional responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services under the close supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT only follows intervention or assessment plans created by the supervising BCBA. What you will do:
The BT is a paraprofessional responsible for the direct implementation of behavior analytic services under the close supervision of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BT only follows intervention or assessment plans created by the supervising BCBA. The supervising BCBA determines and assigns tasks for the BT to perform as a function of his/her training, experience, and competency levels.

Participate in the implementation of the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP), created by the BCBA to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.
Participate in implementation of daily data collection.

The primary purpose of the Massage Therapist is to provide guests with an excellent spa experience through administering professional, personalized massages and other services offered.
What You'll Be Doing:
The Massage Therapist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Deliver all treatments as defined on the service menu;
Ensure that work areas are clean and set according to established standards;
Educate guest about proper skin care, answering guest questions in knowledgeable and professional manner;
Create client cards with treatment notes;
Suggest to the guest other beneficial treatments offered in the spa and recommend products for home use;
Complete commission/hours/tips sheet and turn in on assigned dates to the Spa Supervisor; and
Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst oversees the clinical aspects of their clients' care. The BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior plans, trains Behavior Technicians, oversees the quality of services being rendered, and ensures all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
Responsibilities
Oversees the clinical delivery of care, including the activities performed by Behavior Technicians.
Conducts initial and six (6) month assessments and recommends plans which drive outcomes aligned with clients' goals.
Provides supervision Behavior Treatment Modification on a 10% ratio to Behavior Technician services.
Delivers Parent Training for a minimum of 1 hour each month.
Develops child specific Behavior Treatment plans.
Ensures all licensure and compliance requirements are up to date for both themselves and their Behavior Technicians.
Returns required documentation in a timely fashion (as outlined in company policy) to capture services rendered and meet payer requirements.
Performs reviews on Behavior Technician documentation to ensure accurate representation of services performed and quality service documentation.
Provides feedback to Behavior Technicians on duties performed from a clinical standpoint and coaches and guides improvements.
Ensures utilization of hours as prescribed are met.
The location of this position could be a combination of in-home and telehealth.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited university which meets BACB guidelines.
BCBA Certification OR Mid-Level (Market Specific) requirements are met.
1+ Year working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Completion of the BACB 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete the course within the first 60 days.

In this role you will:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting (paid training provided)
Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in an individual or small group setting
Collect data to monitor the progress of the children we support
Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals
Adhere to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team
