Responsibilities A Day in the Life: Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and the continued assessment of the client. Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBT's on patient caseload. Provide on-going direct and indirect family guidance that are necessary for programming success. Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members. Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps. Review data on a timely basis and communicate when needed to team members. Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB. Patient Care * Evaluates the patient by performing chart review, interpreting tests and measurements appropriate to discipline and patient diagnosis. * Performs treatments and patient care activities in a timely manner following appropriate protocols and guidelines. Compliance/Safety * Responsible for reporting any safety-related incident in a timely fashion through the Midas/RDE tool; attends all safety-related training programs; performs work in a safe manner; monitors work environment for possible safety issues and ensures others are also performing work in a safe manner. * Stays current and complies with state and federal regulations/statutes and company policies that impact the employee's area of responsibility. * If required for the position, ensures all certifications and/or licenses are up-to-date and valid prior to expiration dates. * Completes all company mandatory modules and required job-specific training in the specified time frame. * Completes charges in a timely manner and according to proper procedures. * Meets productivity goals according to departmental standards. * Responds to new orders promptly in compliance with department policy. * Adheres to regulatory and organizational standards affecting patient care and safety as well as all hospital and departmental. * Attend 75% of monthly department meetings; responsible for 100% of department meeting content including reviewing minutes, asking questions as needed, and reviewing handouts. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree- Required Certification & Licensures Current license in the state of Arizona- Required BLS (American Heart Association) - Required upon date of hire. Certification specific to profession- Preferred Employee will obtain and maintain appropriate clinical competencies for the roles assigned by their departmental leader. Experience Clinical documentation experience- Required Healthcare is a rapidly changing environment and technology is integrated into almost all aspects of patient care. Computers and other electronic devices are utilized across the organization and throughout each department. Colleagues must have an understanding of computers, and competence in using computers and basic software programs.
