Job Description:

  • Provide quality care to home based clients and supporting schools
  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor
  • Collect and record data on client behavior
  • Collaborate and communicate with team members
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment
  • Part-Time with the possibility of more hours

Job Qualifications:

  • Valid state identification card
  • Reliable transportation to clients in Naperville, Lemont, Shorewood, Bloomingdale. Not required to travel to all locations, only clients chosen for schedule
  • Part time positions (7.5-18.5 hours/no full time availability currently)
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous ABA experience and/or working with individuals with Autism
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.
  • Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Commitment to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPPA laws.

Physical Requirement:

  • Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry clients
  • Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to handle various levels of aggression

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Available Positions:

ABA Therapy needed for 5 clients in Naperville, Shorewood, Lemont and Bloomingdale. Sessions start between 3/4pm and end between 6/7pm. We have 5 positions available from 7.5-18.5 hours.
