Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients
Be tasked with reporting to the client's home for therapy sessions and ensuring that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.
Ensure client satisfaction by providing the highest quality of care and support possible.
Log daily observations of the client, collecting and reporting critical data to help in monitoring each client's progress.
Receive remote and/or in-person supervision by BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques are practiced.

Job Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician (B.H.T.) is assigned to work within the Behavioral Health Departments. The responsibilities include providing patient care under the direction of the RN that is trauma informed and patient centered, this includes individual interactions and group facilitation. BHT's are to be skilled in the use of verbal de-escalation techniques with a vulnerable population. BHT's are responsible for patient and visitor searches. Primary Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans as instructed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a FULLY CERTIFIED, compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individualized behavioral plans and strategies to support the child's skill development and behavioral reduction goals- Conduct daily sessions with the child, focusing on skill-building, socialization, and behavioral support- Collect and record data on the child's progress, communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA- Collaborate with the child's family and other support staff to ensure consistency and generalization of skills- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the child
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities- Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable transportation to and from the family's home
