Job Description:
Provide quality care to home based clients and supporting schools
Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor
Collect and record data on client behavior

Valid state identification card
Reliable transportation to clients in Naperville, Lemont, Shorewood, Bloomingdale. Not required to travel to all locations, only clients chosen for schedule

Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous ABA experience and/or working with individuals with Autism
Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly.
Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Responsibilities:
Caseload Management & Documentation: Initiate contact with new referrals, manage caseloads efficiently, and submit all required documentation promptly.
Staff Oversight & Support: Evaluate and support Registered Behavior Technicians in applying ABA techniques, ensuring adherence to evidence-based methodologies.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and recommend positive behavior supports tailored to individual needs.
Data Management: Accurately record, analyze, and manage real-time data on behaviors, utilizing ABA methods for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Material Preparation & Session Readiness: Prepare and organize instructional materials and resources to ensure effective session delivery in various settings.
Compliance & Professional Development: Track hours, meet BACB supervision requirements, and apply Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) techniques as needed.

A High School Diploma or GED

Position Overview
The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Mental Health Technician III for the Kiley Developmental Center located in Waukegan, Illinois to provide physical support with personal care services to individuals in a living or work area on an assigned unit on an assigned shift. Conducts individual and group programs. Verifies individual safety and protection through monitoring and supervision. Teaches and directs individuals in the maintenance of a clean, safe and secure environment. Serves in an advanced worker capacity providing assistance to lower-level staff on complex problems. Requires the ability to travel.
Essential Functions
Provides oversight for the overall operation of the Home during shift.
Provides support with personal activities of daily living tasks to individuals on an assigned unit on an assigned shift.
Conducts individual and group programs.
Verifies individual safety and protection through monitoring and supervision.
Monitors to ensure a nurturing home environment that respects privacy and autonomy that promotes choice-making and independence, that involves individuals in the potation of their household that uses teachable moments and parallel talk when appropriate.
Ensures proper meal/menu preparation and food handling guidelines are followed and that a formal and informal mealtime training is conducted.
Performs limited housekeeping functions including spot moping, emptying trash and cleaning accidents.
Attends and completes scheduled training as indicated by the Department of Human Services (DHS), the center and the resident unit.
Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of high school.

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during their recovery journey. As a BHT, you'll spend the most time with our patients and play an important role in fostering trust and connection while ensuring patient safety at all times.
Position Details:
Reporting to: Director of Operations
Schedule: Per-diem, as needed.
Location: Lisle, IL
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Supervision and Safety: Monitor patients and facility grounds, conduct safety checks, and communicate with medical staff for attention needs. Ensure adherence to facility rules and document incidents.
Waive Testing: Measure and report vital signs, conduct UDS and pregnancy tests, and comply with company policies.
Patient Interaction and Support: Maintain respectful and professional interactions with patients, offering emotional support, referring clinical concerns to therapy staff. Demonstrate empathy and adaptability in addressing diverse patient needs.
Communication and Team Collaboration: Share relevant patient information with the Team Leader, Supervisor/Operations Director while collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality care. Maintain positive relationships within the addiction treatment community and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Daily Program and Facility Management: Assist in patient transport, group coordination, and recreational activities. Ensure facility safety, supervise supplies, and manage patient discharge preparations.
Required Qualifications:
Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years.
Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with motor vehicle insurance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant behavioral health certification.
Work experience in the field of substance use disorder or mental health treatment.
Experience working with patients at various levels of care, with an emphasis on detox and residential levels of care.
An associate's degree or higher.
