Working with kids 18mo-6yrs old with autism in their homes or in one of our centers.
Education requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Schedule requirements:
Part-Time between 7am-8pm CST Monday-Friday and weekends.
Earn starting pay at $16/hr and up based on ABA experience/training.
What You Have

The Clinical Supervisor oversees applied behavior analysis (ABA) clinical services and therapy operations for an assigned therapy site/POD, or caseload. In coordination with the Qualified Supervising Professional, this role provides clinical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, evidence-based practices, and innovative recommendations to benefit the treatment team and overall clinical outcomes of Partners' Clients. The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical support, direction and supervision to program supervisors and all levels of providers within the ABA program. The Clinical Supervisor is expected to provide services that place the highest priority on the ethical delivery of therapy, based on industry recognized best practices, with the interests of the clients at the center of their efforts. The Clinical Supervisor maintains a professional and ethical relationship with Partners' Clients and fellow employees. * Makes day-to-day scheduling decisions for their use of time, in accordance with productivity/utilization goals and designated role break down, to provide sufficient clinical support
* Approximately 80% of time for this role is spent delivering clinical services (e.g., treatment planning and development, protocol modification, parent training, direct services, conducting peer-to-peer reviews, etc.). A productivity goal of 80% and a utilization goal of 75% has been established. Individual productivity/utilization goals may vary based on approved involvement in company projects or initiatives. POSITION DESCRIPTION TITLE: School Linked Behavioral Health Therapist
PROGRAM: Children and Family Services
JOB SUMMARY: This position provides school based mental health assessment, therapy, skills training, consultation, referral services and supports for children, adolescents and families. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Complete diagnostic assessments and provide individual and family therapy or skills training for children, adolescents and families. These services could be provided at school, at home, and/or in the community as needed.
Facilitate student groups on relevant issues when appropriate.
Develop, monitor and review Children's Therapeutic Services and Support plans to meet clinical compliance and medical assistance insurance care standards.
Complete documentation, billing and maintain case files as required.
Refer students to appropriate services (i.e. social services mental health center, mentorship program, etc.).
Develop a strong working relationship with school personnel and county agency staff. Provide consultation and help with the identification and documentation of high-risk behavior patterns among students. Work to identify appropriate interventions.
Participate in client related IEP meetings and other client related school meetings with parent(s) and other providers.
Provide 1 to 2 mental health in-services for school personnel for each school year of the grant.
Develop and maintain knowledge of and an ongoing relationship with county and regional service providers, attend meetings of the Multidisciplinary Child Protection Team and grant provider meetings (may be additional meetings as determined by SLBH Coordinator or Program Director).
Provide objective data related to grant program effectiveness.
Possess a vehicle, valid driver license, and valid auto insurance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE POSITION: Must be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch, twist, bend, reach overhead, maneuver stairs and stretch in a manner conducive to the execution of daily activities. Must be able to move around the office daily. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must communicate with others and exchange information. Job Description:
The Physical Therapist in their clinical role examines, evaluates and assesses individuals of all ages who have medical problems or other health related conditions that limit their ability to move or function with activities of daily living. It is your responsibility to be fully knowledgeable of Partners in Excellence's Privacy Policies and Procedures and to report any violations to their direct and/or clinical supervisor (see Partners' Policies and Procedures - HIPAA). It is the responsibility of the BT to protect Partners' Clients' privacy at and away from work
Completes the required technical training and participates in ongoing training opportunities
Redirects, intervenes, observes, and monitors client behaviors
Ability to problem solve and make appropriate decision
Possesses the interpersonal skills to be playful, enthusiastic, and bring a high level of energy into the therapeutic situation
Ability to work with a team and accept corrective feedback, complying with supervisory direction
Effective communication skills with parents, co-workers, and supervisors
Makes sound decisions and uses good judgment when dealing with clients, parents, and co-workers
Demonstrates dependability and consistency in therapy and other job-related activities
Communicates daily progress and client concerns to the appropriate staff members
Organizes and cleans clients' space and equipment
Assists in keeping the facility safe, organized, sanitary, and guides others to do the same
Assists clients with personal care including dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, food, nutrition, and diet needs
Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds
Attends and participates in meetings
Reports all safety concerns to the Center Manager or their direct supervisor
The BT is assigned to an area or areas (i.e., POD) at the Partners in Excellence's center-based programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
We require candidates to have:
High School diploma
Must be at least 18 years of age
Successfully passed an initial and subsequent background checks (no history of felonies, substantiated client maltreatment or vulnerable adult incidents, or disqualifying misdemeanors)
We prefer candidates to have:
Previous behavioral therapy experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of teaching procedures associated with Verbal Behavior Therapy
General knowledge of typical and special needs clients
Partners offers both full-time and part-time positions, working Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
