Responsibilities: The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. RBTs implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to individuals of all ages with autism and related disorders. As an RBT, you will have direct influence on client success. Treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst at all times.
