How we invest in our staff:
We provide the required 40-hour training in addition to hands-on training with our skilled team of BCBAs and RBTs before taking the proctored RBT exam
We also provide our RBTs with extensive 1:1 training on individual students as well as a list of competencies to pass prior to being approved to work with each client independently
Similarly, we aim to provide 10-20% monthly supervision in which our BCBAs provide feedback and training on treatment protocols and individualized programming
About the RBT:
RBTs implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to persons of all ages with autism and related disorders under the supervision of a BCBA. As an RBT, you'll have direct influence on client success.
Treatment programs are designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. You will be provided with extensive initial and ongoing training throughout your career leaving room for growth opportunities!

Collecting & recording data during sessions, graphing client progress
Receiving direct supervision under a BCBA
Abiding by HIPAA guidelines
Participating in all-staff trainings

JOB SUMMARY:
Works under the supervision and direction of the Program Director.

This position acts as a behavioral health technician to participants of the Reflections for Women program, a 16 -bed residential program for women, pregnant women, and women with infant children who have severe substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Individual stays are based on client needs and can be up to 90 days. Located on the Ft. Logan Campus, Reflections for Women is a Medicaid and Special Connections funded program. Women with infant children 15 months of age or younger may reside with their child in treatment. Reflections for Women provides comprehensive treatment services, including but not limited to, individual and group counseling, medication assisted treatment, psychiatric assessment and mental health services, specialized services for pregnant and parenting mothers, community reintegration, case management and coordination of aftercare services.
This position is responsible for the monitoring of clients within the facility. This position observes, monitors, intervenes in substance use disorder treatment through acting as a support staff to clinical staff. and records client activity. Supports, monitors and documents urine screens and monitors and documents client medications.
Performs routine inspections of residential premises both inside and out as well as conducts facility head counts, fire drills, property inventories, and room and client bed checks. Transport clients off site as needed.
This position is located at the Ft. Logan Campus and will be scheduled during Sunday - Thursday 12:00 A.M. to 8:00 A.M. Shift differential is applied to this role.

Act as mentor to new staff who are learning and shadowing.
Participate in shift exchange, discussing any pertinent changes in the clients' status (clinical, medical, behavioral, etc.).
Create and maintain a safe, comfortable, and client-focused treatment environment by using therapeutic skills.
Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.
Adhere to facility policy and procedures, State & Federal law, and accrediting agency regulations and standards.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working/typing on a computer.
Sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, climb steps, hear, see, speak.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

As our Behavioral Health Technician | Medical Assistant you will support and complement our client's recovery and ongoing treatment goals. You will report to the Nursing Director. You will provide direct support to clients in an integrated behavioral health program located in a community mental health center in Boulder.
Essential Functions:
* Manage data entry, tracking, and scheduling to support disease management and a stepped care approach
* Obtain and record client vital signs and report client history summary
* Participate and support the Behavioral Health Home care model and work with providers to monitor health and follow-up of clients
* Provide case management support to clients for wellness services and basic needs
* Dispense medications and maintain Medication Administration Records
* Refer internally for case management support for wellness services and basic needs
* Outreaches to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) and other healthcare providers
* Obtain and verify client financial and demographic information and ensure client data is entered into the electronic health record

What We Need:
* Two (2) years experience
