Minimum Requirements Education and Experience Position requires a masters degree. Must be eligible within one (1) year of hire or possess a professional license through the Department of Health Professions Board as a Licensed Clinician (e.g., LCSW, LPC, etc.). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with a mental health and/or substance use diagnosis.
