Entry Level Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science, CRC, or CRSS preferred; one year experience in alcohol/drug treatment with direct patient contact preferred. Candidates must possess the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate a basic understanding of the principles of chemical dependency recovery. General Responsibilities:

The UNT Kristin Farmer Autism Center (KFAC) conducts evidence-based direct services, research, and training to positively impact individuals with autism spectrum disorders, their families, and the community.
Position Overview
This is a senior-level Behavior Technician position requiring advanced training and experience providing direct and indirect services to clients with autism under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The Senior Behavior Technician (SBT) position is responsible for coordinating with the BCBA to conduct daily program maintenance activities, including data analyses of programming and assessments, implementing skill acquisition and behavior reduction procedures, and documenting and reporting outcomes.
