Evening and Night shifts include a shift differential in addition to the standard compensation rate. Shift : Monday to Friday 0600-14.30 Some of what you'll do: Provide client care to patients Schedule medical appointments for patients off hospital grounds, and ensure patients are safe and supervised during appointments Ensure all referred patients are scheduled and escorts are available to provide escort and transportation Manage and coordinate the safety and security of patient's personal belongings during admission, while in the facility and during discharge Maintain adequate ward supplies (forms, commissary stock) Maintain equipment inventory Accompany/transport patients to and from all medical appointments Accompany patients to off-ward activities What we're looking for: Knowledge of patients to off-ward activities Ability to use de-escalation skills Maintain a Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) or Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) Ability to communicate and comprehend (through oral and written forms of communication) Valid driver's license Who should apply Professional with registration as a Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) or Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC) in Washington State is required; AND A High School Diploma or GED AND Three years of experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting.
