Major Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a variety of settings (i.e., home, community and school) * Teach self-help skills, language/communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in a 1:1 and group setting * Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors * Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals * Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals * Communicate, orally and in a written form, in a clear and effective manner-with clients, families, and coworkers * Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by your supervisors) to acquire further knowledge Qualifications for the Position: * Required: Being capable of lifting 50lbs. * Must live in the state of Kentucky or Indiana. * Required: Being capable of performing physical activity. * Required: High School Diploma or equivalent. * Preferred: RBT Certification, Experience, Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field. Other fields are considered on a case-by-case basis. * Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skill sets accordingly. * Effective time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors, and community members. * Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures and abide by the code of ethics as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA laws. * Commitment to ongoing training and development as it relates to clinical skills, professional development, ethics, technology, and training to perform job responsibilities.
