The Severe Behavior Treatment Program serves children, primarily with ASD and related diagnoses, who experience severe behavioral challenges. The clinic based program provides intensive behavior analytic assessment and treatment services within a specialized environment with a high staffing ratio. The Senior Behavior Analyst serves in a leadership role providing direct supervision of clinical cases. Ensures valid and timely functional analyses and treatment evaluations are completed to develop effective, long-lasting, and generalizable treatments for clients served in the program. Responsibilities: The Senior BCBA supervises and oversees all activities associated with the development and implementation of behavior analytic treatment. Serves as the clinical supervisor for assigned clients, leading the development and implementation of treatment; this includes functional analyses, preference and reinforcer assessments, and treatment evaluations. Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming. Coordinates and leads clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of clients. Supervises behavior analysts and clinical specialists. Identifies training needs and develops and conducts training to ensure quality behavioral services are delivered. Monitors residents' condition and assists in administering therapeutic care including medication compliance. 4.
