Train and supervise paraprofessional staff in ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies to ensure quality implementation.
Provide ongoing consultation, support, and collaboration with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
Maintain timely documentation, including session notes within 24 hours via Rethink.
Stay current with research and best practices in ABA through continuing education (32 CEUs every two years).
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain proper communication with relevant agencies.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related human services field.
Completion of an internship and/or formal training in behavior analysis, instructional strategies, and working with individuals with pervasive developmental disorders and related conditions.
Demonstrated competency in behavior management, instructional techniques, written and verbal communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with a diverse range of clients across different age groups and functional levels, with the ability to work independently.
BCBA certification for a minimum of two years (preferred).
Proficiency in Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming and implementation.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to efficiently use office equipment such as fax machines, phone systems, and other necessary tools.

Flexible availability, including Monday through Friday from at least 3 PM to 8 PM.
