Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor. Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc. Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client. Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
