PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical Leadership and Program Support
Assist in creation of learning environments that are supportive of participant needs, using evidence-based practices for intervention purposes. Knowledgeable and fluent with individual intervention plans.
Provide compassionate care; accord others with dignity; accept responsibility for all work. Serve as a model for clinical intervention provision that emphasizes positive practices and limits the use of restraint.

Coordinate the collection of behavior data, perform required analyses, and create graphic illustrations of data for review by others to assist in monitoring progress. Conduct treatment integrity and data reliability checks as needed.
Assist with completion of Functional Behavior Assessments to ensure effective and accountable behavior plans are developed and implemented. Completes 30/60/90-day behavior reviews as necessary.
Assist in the preparation and presentation to the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), Restraint Review Committee (RRC), Behavior Management Committee (BMC), and Human Rights Committee (HRC) meetings as needed.
Update current replacement skills, teaching data, medication records, and data sheets.
Maintain medical history information and collect data reviews. Create and distribute Medical Contraindication forms for participant injuries when applicable.
Training, Supervision, and Communication
Schedules and conducts clinical-related training for Adult Services staff including BSPs, reinforcement systems, and specialized training programs.
Assists in providing clinical leadership, oversight, performance feedback, and coaching to graduate students doing field work toward BCBA certification, as needed. Provides required supervision to BCBA candidates as assigned.
