The BCBA will work closely with the clinic's Clinical Director and Administrator to design, implement, and grow a behavior therapy program.

Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Responsibilities and Expectations
Assist with creating and implementing the company's Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) program in its entirety, including creating and implementing policies and procedures, software research, contracting assistance, billing codes review, and various other items necessary to begin the program; work closely with Clinical Director and Administrator of the clinic to begin and implement
Administer, conduct, evaluate and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures and functional assessment measure
Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs and designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
Teach Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems
Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation
Responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conducting weekly supervision meetings with Behavior Technicians
Meet regularly with Clinical Director and notifies immediately of any issues impacting client's progress and satisfaction
Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Clinical Director
Ensure proper billing entry as required
Maintain billable caseload and documents billable hours according to state and federal regulation
Develop written reports documenting behavioral recommendations for parents, caregivers and agency personnel in a timely and accurate manner
Develop a detailed competency training program for supervised behavior technicians
Comply with State Licensing Board of California, Title 22, CMS, and California Labor Board guidelines
Comply with Company rules, policies and procedures
Comply with all applicable safety rules, policies, and procedure

Responsibilities
This position will provide quality, clinical supervision and work directions to program managers and interventionists providing discipline-specific treatment for children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
Facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

About the Opportunity

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
Leading monthly 1:1 meetings and school services trainings
Developing individualized clinical trainings
Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Director of School Services
Assure that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
Evaluate clinical performance of supervisees and communicate concerns to the assigned Director of School Services.
Maintain and document appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
Supervise and guide staff with all school related processes including:
Behavioral support plans
Assessments
The implementation of student IEPs.
Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms and other documents
Supervise the timely completion of clinical reports and data collection by supervisees
Review client school and IEP data with supervisees monthly
Ensure the timely submission of communication and reports as needed
Conducts regular school visits based on the clinical needs of the individualized programs
Attend informal school meetings and formal IEP meetings
Provide school-based trainings on the implementation of IEP behavioral goals
Meets daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors.
Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education, and related fields.
Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings and other meetings as requested.

Now, your role: ABA Behavior Therapist
As an ABA Behavior Technician at Accel Therapies, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisor (PS), you will work directly with clients to provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals. This position is ideal for compassionate, patient, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
What You'll Do
Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community, following the behavior intervention plan developed by the BCBA and PS.
Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress, behavior observations, and other relevant information during therapy sessions.
Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies outlined in the individualized treatment plan to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring.
Professional Development: Attend ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Assist with creating and implementing the company's Applied Behavior Analysis (“ABA”) program in its entirety, including creating and implementing policies and procedures, software research, contracting assistance, billing codes review, and various other items necessary to begin the program; work closely with Clinical Director and Administrator of the clinic to begin and implement

Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner as requested by the Clinical Director
