Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians (RBT) including skill enhancements, clinical consultation, and professional development
Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children and adolescents, diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder
Conduct initial and annual assessments of clients and produce assessment reports
Develop individualized behavior and services plans (ISP) to include interventions to meet the full extent of the services authorized, inclusive of behavior modification goals and objectives, parent and caregiver goals and objectives, and care coordination goals
Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians, inclusive of skill enhancements, clinical consultation, and professional development

Job Requirements

* Independently conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to:

* Write, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.)
* Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
* Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
* Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings
* Creating individualized clinical trainings
* Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director
* Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.

* Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
* Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities
Independently conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to:
Provide individualized parent education
Supervise the implementation of the program
Monitor the completion of all necessary documentation
Provide in-field training to each direct report
Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client
Efficiently and effectively communicating CSD's policies to families
Complete necessary documentation including:
Treatment plans
Data sheets
Behavioral support plans
Progress reports and discharge reports
Other site-related documents
Monitor daily direct service appointments for:
Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes.
Behavior Specialist cancelations
Family cancellations
Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD's billing program.
Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms and other documents
Write, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.)
Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings
Creating individualized clinical trainings
Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director
Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director
Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to:
Behavioral support plans
Assessments
Submission of monthly session plans
Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans
Completion of clinical reports and data collection
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors.
Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education, and related fields.
Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings and other meetings as requested.

Job Duties:
Develop and implement clinical programs while providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Maintain active BCBA certification
Meet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials prepared

About the Opportunity
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designs and supervises the provision of evidence-based mental health services and programs for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or similar developmental disabilities in response to physician recommendations in home, school and/or other natural settings.
Duties & Responsibilities
Independently conduct regular home visits for the assigned caseload to:
Provide individualized parent education
Supervise the implementation of the program
Monitor the completion of all necessary documentation
Provide in-field training to each direct report
Educate families on the importance of maintaining a consistent schedule with number of hours that are clinically appropriate for the client
Efficiently and effectively communicating CSD's policies to families
Complete necessary documentation including:
Treatment plans
Data sheets
Behavioral support plans
Progress reports and discharge reports
Other site-related documents
Monitor daily direct service appointments for:
Completion; i.e. rendering and accurate notes.
Behavior Specialist cancelations
Family cancellations
Maintain appropriate progress notes for supervision hours and input MLS/HLS supervision hours on CSD's billing program.
Maintain up-to-date records of CSD's templates, forms and other documents
Write, sign and submit progress reports to funding sources by the established deadlines. As a result, is responsible for maintaining a database of all report deadlines for assigned caseload. (Each insurance company will have its own deadlines. Deadlines are available on the policies CSD has created for each insurance company.)
Meet daily and monthly billable hours goal as set by CSD.
Provide clinical support and training to assigned team of Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists by:
Holding monthly 1:1 and team meetings and appropriate trainings
Creating individualized clinical trainings
Facilitating and completing trainings as assigned by the Regional Director
Assuring that supervisees' clinical responsibilities are defined and understood as deemed by CSD's Commitment to Quality Standards.
Evaluating clinical performance of supervisees and communicating concerns to the assigned Regional Director
Maintaining and documenting appropriate progress notes for supervision hours
Supervise and guide staff/supervisees with all clinical processes including but not limited to:
Behavioral support plans
Assessments
Submission of monthly session plans
Maintenance of monthly log of lesson plans
Completion of clinical reports and data collection
Maintain regular communication with Human Resources and the Regional Director regarding administrative concerns involving clients, Behavior Specialists, and/or Clinical Directors.
Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education, and related fields.
Attend staff meetings, in-services, trainings and other meetings as requested.

Experience & Qualifications
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: psychology, childhood development, childhood education, special education, pediatric therapy (physical, occupational, or speech therapy), or related field
BCBA Credential Required
Two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Proven successful experiences with a full ABA caseload
Knowledgeable of methodologies found to benefit children with autism spectrum disorders, including Applied
Behavioral Analysis (“ABA”), Early Start Denver Model (“ESDM”), Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication-Handicapped Children (“TEACCH”), Picture Exchange Communication System (“PECS”), and Pivotal Response Training (“PRT”).

All BTs and RBTs undergo hands-on training with ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA), to prepare for a career providing life-changing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in home-based and center-based settings. Alongside our amazing team of BCBAs, you will implement top tier behavior therapy programs through one-on-one therapy, data collection, and teamwork to offer an incredibly valuable service to kiddos and families who rely on the InBloom team every day. About the Opportunity
The primary responsibility of a Behavior Specialist is to implement consistent evidence-based mental health services and Applied Behavioral Analysis programs to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other co-morbid developmental disabilities in response to the recommendations of the Clinical Leader and Clinical Director in the home, center and/or other natural settings whose permanent RBT provider is not available to cover hours or a session.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:
Daily Treatment Session Notes
Daily Treatment Target Data
Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data.
Keeps updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served.
Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments in special education and related fields.
