Position Description: The Intervention Specialist role reports to the Program Manager. In this role, you'll supervise and guide up to 6 residents aged 12-17 through their daily structured schedules and activities, while facilitating group sessions, educational programs, life skills training, and recreational activities. Your trauma-informed, strengths-based support will make a difference as you assist clients and families in conflict resolution and crisis management. Handling the 24-hour crisis line, conducting phone and in-person assessments for prospective clients, and maintaining daily behavioral and observation documentation are integral parts of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to case management, help maintain the facility, and have opportunities to engage in community outreach. Position Description: The Intervention Specialist role reports to the Program Manager. As a compassionate and dedicated member of our team, you will be at the forefront of helping youth facing crisis, runaway, and homelessness situations. In this role, you'll supervise and guide up to 6 residents aged 12-17 through their daily structured schedules and activities, while facilitating group sessions, educational programs, life skills training, and recreational activities. Your trauma-informed, strengths-based support will make a difference as you assist clients and families in conflict resolution and crisis management. Handling the 24-hour crisis line, conducting phone and in-person assessments for prospective clients, and maintaining daily behavioral and observation documentation are integral parts of your responsibilities. You will also contribute to case management, help maintain the facility, and have opportunities to engage in community outreach.
