The Opportunity:

The Day-to-Day:
Portfolio Counselors responsibilities include:

Your Qualifications:

2. BCBA's deliver behavioral services campus wide including both direct behavior therapy services to youth as well as RBT session observations and staff training, using trauma informed practices to support the youth.
3. BCBA's complete Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans, as qualified and as assigned.
4. BCBA's complete required and necessary behavior evaluations and assessments such as Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, FAST, etc.
5. BCBA's collaborate with multidisciplinary team on youth cases as assigned.
6. BCBA's complete accurate, timely clinical documentation of the highest quality and consistent with agency standards, rules and regulations, and Medicaid requirements.
7. BCBA's must be able and willing to drive to client homes or identified client session setting as needed, as well as appointments, community outings, and consultations.
8. BCBA's complete required training modules, supervision notes, and progress notes in a timely manner.
9. BCBA's enter necessary documentation into the Electronic Health Record and billing system for services provided.
10. BCBA's collaborate with Case Managers, Foster Parents, GAL's, and other child welfare professionals in order create a trauma informed, integrated team and expand behavior services capacity.
11. BCBA's attend judicial hearings, staffing, MDT's, as needed to advocate for clients.
12. BCBA's maintain organized and current client files, date, materials, and stimuli.
13. BCBA's review behavior plans with case managers and acquire signed approval of behavior plans.
14. BCBA's collect data, graph data, analyze and summarize data.
15. BCBA's attend and participate in all treatment plan reviews, psychiatric consultations, internal/external youth staffing meetings, and/or any client review meetings requiring the BCBA's input.
16. BCBA's coordinate, develop, and assist with the implementation of campus positive behavior supports and campus incentive programs.
17. BCBA's provide behavior skills training with caregivers and staff to coach the implementation of evidence-based behavior management techniques.
18. BCBA's build rapport with youth and their child welfare advocacy team.
19. BCBA's engage in positive interactions with all staff, caregivers, parents, foster parents, case managers, and youth.
20. BCBA's work within the philosophy, function and Human Resources practices of the Children's Home Network.

22. BCBA's participate in and facilitate meetings, supervisions, group supervisions staffing's, and trainings as needed.
23. BCBA's oversee implementation of behavior analysis services for assigned case load, as qualified.
24. BCBA's provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed.
25. BCBA's provide direct 1:1 ABA services to youth, supervise RBT's providing direct 1:1 ABA services to youth, and/or provide client-specific staff training for 65-70% of total hours worked in a week (billable hours).
26. BCBA's use evidence-based interventions to provide out of the box ABA therapy in an alternative environment with at-risk/high-risk youth.
27. BCBA's assist the Director of Behavior Services with day-to-day operations in serving the behavioral needs of clients and staff in a residential facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Required: a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field and must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst. Previous experience in writing and implementing behavior plans preferred. Previous experience with at-risk youth preferred.
Licenses &Certifications:
· Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver's license with no record of criminal driving offense of license suspension.
· Must possess means of providing job related transportation and show proof of required insurance. Must be insurable under CHN's current auto insurance policy.
· Must possess board certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.

Annual Training Requirements: Must fulfill annual training requirements required to work at CHN in addition to all training required to maintain BCBA/BCaBA certification.
