Job Duties:
Develop and implement clinical programs while providing clinical oversight, coaching, and mentorship for our therapists.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans accordingly to improve client outcomes. This includes analyzing data and modifying treatment programs and goals throughout the client's life cycle with Mindcolor.
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client.
Participate in initial and ongoing RBT training practices by providing regular training/coaching, session feedback, documentation, and overall support.
Maintain active BCBA certification
Meet with Center Director at a minimum of once per week with meeting materials prepared
Communicate with Clinical and Operational leadership
Communicate regularly and professionally with clients' caregivers and families
Attend, participate, and prepare for regular and ongoing team meetings
Support in maintenance of established community relationships
Promotes and supports a collaborative team environment and culture
Clinical Duties
Provide clinical oversight to client cases, as assigned
Manage a caseload of approximately 200 direct client hours with at least 25 billable hours per week for BCBA (all remaining time will be dedicated to other client/organization related activities that may be non-billable)
Caseload allocation and number of cases to be based on best practice recommendations and standards, including those related to the type of treatment for client (focused/comprehensive)
Caseload size may vary depending on clinical status of the center, growth of the center, resources, and other factors as determined by Mindcolor leadership and the Regional Director
Visually analyze data and make treatment decisions to improve client outcomes
Meet weekly with Center Director to review clinical needs, current case updates, professional development, etc.
Develop and write individualized client treatment plans, behavior intervention plans and other clinical reports
Analyze data and modify/update client programs/goals as appropriate throughout the client life cycle with Mindcolor (e.g. ensuring electronic data collection system is updated, instructional notes for programs are present and detailed, etc. )
Document all sessions with written session notes timely, thoroughly, and accurately
Support and manage client cases as appropriate within the center location
Provide direct services when necessary to probe skills and ensure consistency in schedule
Reallocate client hours as needed based on authorization and scheduling changes/needs
Conduct adaptive and skills-based assessments to develop client goals
Conduct functional behavior assessments and other assessments to support with behaviors targeted for reduction
Conduct ongoing and consistent caregiver training sessions
Communicate regularly with caregivers within and outside of caregiver training sessions (when appropriate) to maintain continuity of care, ensure prescription fulfillment, etc.
Collaborate regularly with other medical and service providers for each client
Conduct initial and ongoing reassessments for clients
Participate in initial RBT training process
Provide ongoing training and feedback to RBTs and BTs within and outside of direct sessions
Document feedback and monitor supervision progress of RBTs

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification active and in good standing
Active Adult and Child CPR First Aid/Certification (Recommend to be obtained prior to start date or no later than 30 business days after initial start date)
Active QBS Safety Care Certification within 90 days of start date
Organizational and time management skills

Maintains the confidentiality of clinical files for each participant to include, but not limited to, intake documents, assessment(s), and interview(s), treatment plan, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge summary, and referrals, according to written protocols and in compliance with prevailing laws and regulation(s).
Documents and tracks treatment plans, monitors inmate progress and reviews status of inmates/residents to verify that treatment and therapeutic programs are completed.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a closely related field is required.
One (1) year of experience in the mental health or substance use counseling field is preferred.
Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.
LCDC Intern license required.
A valid driver's license is required.
Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Position Overview:As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals, families, and a team of professionals to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients of all ages. You will use your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) to assess clients' needs and design individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change, skill development, and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify and analyze the root causes of behavior.

Qualifications:
Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, clients, and team members.

+ CLAIM HANDLING:
+ Directly handle assigned severe/complex Life Science medical products, clinical trial and pharmaceutical bodily injury claims, as well as General Liability Coverage B claims and E&O claims involving Life Sciences insureds.
+ Provide quality customer service and ensure file quality, timely coverage analysis and communication with insured based on application of policy information to facts or allegations of each case.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Role Mission: The IDEA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) demonstrates knowledge and skill in providing behavior analysis services and behavior management plans for students with Autism in the age range of 3-9 years old through the SOAR (Successful Outcomes through Autism Resources). The BCBA will provide support and professional learning to school site staff, RBTs, co-teachers, and parents in appropriate behavior intervention techniques; conducts assessments and develops plans that conform to state and federal legal frameworks.
Location:
Language for regional roles: This is a full-time position located in Austin. Preference will be given to candidates who live in the region, or who are willing to relocate.
In this role you will:
Supports Special Education teachers in developing Functional Behavior Assessments that yield strong Behavior Intervention Plans
Coaches school staff and parents in implementing behavior supports consistently to support students with Autism in moving into the least restrictive environment
Follows correct procedures for maintaining records and services.
Train registered behavior technicians on ABA and student's program and initial RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training
Directly observe treatments/services administered by RBTs
Review RBT's documentation and data collection and provides feedback
Develop and oversee parent trainings to facilitate generalization of skills across all environments.
Develop and oversee General Education teacher trainings to ensure an understanding of how to provide behavioral supports for students in mainstream environments.
Develop and oversee Special education Teacher trainings to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate behavioral supports.
Supervisory Responsibility
The BCBA may supervise the Registered Behavior Technician Assistant (RBTA), depending on the region
