Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Operation, the LPCC - Counselor, as a part of the primary care team, is responsible for providing standardized counseling/talk therapy, for MGRMC's patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions and/or substance abuse who are referred by MGRMC's physicians and mid-level providers. Clinical Family Coaching (CFC) is a unique and innovative ABA program that has been serving AZA United families for the past 10 years. CFC is an outcome-driven, caregiver coaching program focused on the treatment of challenging behavior. CFC teams are led by BCBA level, Clinical Supervisors who collaboratively develop treatment plans to address difficult behavior and work with caregivers to implement the plan and stabilize behavior over the course of several months.
CFC Teams primarily work with adolescents, teens and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their primary caregivers. This could be their natural or adoptive parents, foster guardians, and group home staff. CFC Teams work with families, schools, hospitals, day programs, and group homes in the settings where the behavior occurs naturally, often in homes and in the community.
Because this is a unique program, we assume that there will be a learning curve for anyone joining the team which is why there is an extensive, ongoing training and supervision program built in.
This is an ideal position for BCBAs interested in expanding their clinical repertoire and maximizing their impact in communities with limited access to quality care and non-traditional ABA populations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education and Experience
● BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
● A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
● Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis.
● Previous experience in supervision preferred.

The Job
The BCBA position involves serving a caseload of individual clients and supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians, using a mix of in-person and telehealth service delivery models. BCBAs also provide training for parents and other direct care staff as needed.
