Position Overview: The Human Resources Manager will direct the Human Resources activities to ensure the facility meets all state, local and federal requirements while complying with Crown policies and procedures. Duties And Responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Human Resources Manager responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following: Perform as a strategic partner along with the rest of the plant management team.
