This position will report to the Director of National Accounts - Multi-Family, supporting customers across the country.
Position Description
The National Account Manager - Multi-Family is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with multi-family and related account customers inside and outside the company, and across the country. Working hand in hand with District Managers, Branch Managers, VPs of Sales, Sales Directors and OSRs to establish contractor programs that increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall performance and development of assigned regional or national accounts.
Grow year over year revenue of assigned customers by adding additional products and/or product lines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing Beacon profitability.
Develop new prospects and interactions with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services.
Compare benchmarking data with other National Account Managers to establish best practices for your assigned portfolio.
Complete authority to establish and negotiate sales terms while working with divisional teams to execute operationally.
Cultivate and establish relationships with contractors and vendors to support National Account Customer relationships.
Relentless focus on continuous account management within assigned area, gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.

PURPOSE:
Coordinate with the Shop Manager to manage inventory and schedule production and delivery to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
* Must adhere to Nucor Rebar Fabrication's safety programs and standards.
* Demonstrate conduct consistent with Nucor Rebar Fabrication's vision and values.
* Coordinate the shop production schedule with the Shop Manager and detailers to minimize delivery costs while meeting customers' needs.
* Develop exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors.
* Advise customers of scheduled delivery dates.
* Adjust delivery schedules to accommodate emergency customer requests or shop problems so that shop can operate as efficiently as possible.
* Arrange trucking with approved freight companies, solicit favorable freight rates and establish daily truck schedules for the shop.
* Handle vendor performance issues.
* Act as a liaison between the customer, shop, placer and detailer so that any problems or shipping difficulties can be remedied as effectively as possible.
* Prepare necessary mill certification paperwork so that customers receive the appropriate certification of compliance with specifications.
* Approve and process freight invoices, production tags, Bills of Lading and other documents required for production of orders, scheduling and shipping.
* Oversee the receipt of inventory against quantities ordered and quality of specifications and provide reports to management on inventory receipts.
* Perform other duties as required by supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
* Must have a high school diploma, GED or local/state equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Two-year technical degree from an accredited school or college in construction management or related field
* Experience with expediting/scheduling in the trucking industry

The Credit Manager is the main point of contact for both internal and external customers related to the credit function. The Credit Manager must maintain a corporate credit policy to optimize sales, extend credit and manage a receivables portfolio.
Duties and responsibilities
Pro-actively promote profitable sales growth through secured transactions
Assess and manage credit risk
Extend credit to customers in accordance with company policies
Monitor and update credit information to existing customer base
Manage AR portfolio through direct involvement with customers and internal resources
Negotiate and secure arrangements for payment with delinquent accounts
Minimize bad debt while helping the company maximize profitable sales
Provide management & corporate reporting
Manage third party collection and legal process for assigned accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred
2+ years' experience in credit and collections
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiating skills
Previous experience in building materials distribution or construction industry and/or experience in a multi-location environment, preferred
Lien and Bond experience preferred
Working knowledge of accounting and finance basics
Proficient skill with Computer Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Working conditions
Minimal travel requirements as needed for business purposes
Work assignments may be completed remotely and/or available company offices/branches within local responsible markets
Physical requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or keyboard
Heavy methods of verbal and auditory communication via phone, virtual calls, and/or email
