Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations
Market to clients through a variety of sales efforts including but not limited to; creating working relationships with Real Estate agents, attending industry meetings and home buyer seminars, follow-up calls to RE agents, Builders, CPAs, and past clientele.
Field inbound loan inquiries
Originate loans and work with Loan Coordinator and processing to close the loan.
Minimum Requirements:
NMLS license
Complete understanding of current mortgage laws, guidelines, loan programs, and trends
Ability to assist customers in determining which type of mortgage best meets their needs, as well as which mortgage product is most likely to be approved.
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients.
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent sales and consulting skills
Able to competently perform mathematical and analytical tasks
Ability to speak and present confidently in front of groups
Must possess superior written and verbal skills
High School Diploma or GED required
AA or Bachelors Degree preferred

Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 2+ years in business development, marketing, or partnership management-preferably in the home improvement, finance, or mortgage industry.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with mortgage products, home renovation loans, or consumer financing is highly desirable.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and nurture productive partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute on partnership plans without close supervision.

Identify qualified and highly motivated candidates to join our AMC Team
Provide supervisory operational coverage during AMC hours of operation
Resolve escalations, and escalate to next level in a timely manner when unable to resolve
Strong attention to detail, and initiative to drive sales results
Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment
Drive team performance and deliver on critical performance metrics including but not limited to productivity, efficiency, compliance, and quality
