Interlachen Country Club is a private country club located in Winter Park, Florida with both a casual fast Grille and upscale dining room with a very active and supportive membership and social calendar.
Men's Grille Server/Bartender is responsible for offering members and guests an enjoyable, expertly served meal reflecting the high customer service standards of the Club. They must anticipate guests' needs and provide service before being asked, monitoring the table during their meal. Employee must maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward guests, other employees, and management staff.

Requirements
Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating. Answer questions and suggestively sells food and beverage items, if appropriate. Takes member's and guest's orders.
