Prepare, garnish, and serve drinks for guests seated at bar in an efficient manner. Prepare and garnish drinks for guests seated at restaurant tables in an efficient manner. Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their food and drink items, and take action to correct any problems. Remove dishes and glasses from bar, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Prepare and present guests' checks according to policy, ensuring any special requests are followed (such as split checks), and collect corresponding payments. Polish and restock all glassware as needed. Restock all bar items including wine, beer, condiments, etc. Clean entire bar area including bar top, glass washer, etc. Stock ice Take garbage and recycling to appropriate destination Monitor guests' physical condition when entering the restaurant and bar; monitor alcohol consumption while on the premises to ensure all T S and county serving policies are followed.
