Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and bar storage areas at all times, complete daily stocking and opening / closing procedures, monitor expiration of perishable items, and adhere to food safety standards. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least one (1) year of previous bartending experience, preferably in a fast paced, high end establishment. TIPS certified preferred Robust knowledgeable of wines and beverages. Extraordinary attention to detail, quality and service.
