Stocks dishwashers with appropriate chemicals and runs loads of dishes as needed.
Provides excellent customer service to internal and external guests and addresses concerns promptly
Communicates clearly with Bartenders, Cocktail Servers, and others to ensure smooth operations within the team.
Performs all duties in a positive, professional manner.
Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
Must be able to work the required work schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Works physically onsite to perform all assigned tasks.
Ensures all safety standards are met, and possible safety hazards are quickly resolved.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
6 months previous barback experience is preferred. Experience with restaurant bussing is helpful. Familiarity with casino or bar operations is beneficial.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and work through multiple tasks at once. This includes the ability to work calmly and effectively under deadlines. Must be detailed oriented.
Must be able to work individually or with a team as necessary to perform assigned tasks.
Strong communication skills required.
Must be able to work safely and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to add, subtract, and multiply.
Must be able to maintain the appropriate Gaming License.
Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible service of alcohol certification through Prairie Flower training courses.

The noise level in the work environment is usually loud in a kitchen environment.
