Job Description Bartender Reports to: Bar Manager Bartenders at Scene75 are responsible for running our massive Center Bar or Restaurant Bar, while providing an amazing experience to all guests. Thoroughly knowledgeable on menu, food preparation, beer, liquor and wine programs. Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of bar/lounge, back hallways and liquor storage areas. Greets guests in a timely and professional manner, makes suggestions regarding food and beverage, checks regularly for guests' needs and answers any questions or concerns. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and does not serve alcohol to intoxicated guests. Performs “bar flair” while preparing cocktails and other drinks to standard, and builds guest relations by with patrons seated at the bar. Monitors and observes guests' dining/bar experience in order to respond to additional requests and to determine when meal/beverage has been completed. Maintains liquor security and control standards. Thanks guests by name for their visit and invites them to return. Maintains accurate counts, tracks sales and returns all liquor to storage.
