Barista Responsibilities: The barista's responsibilities include educating customers on BigFoot Java's beverage menus and taking orders. Greeting all customers as they pull up. The Barista is an essential member of the Hawk's Nest AND Eagle's Nest Espresso Team! Selling, preparing, and stocking all espresso items, properly operating cash reregister and handling cash accurately. Help keep a clean and orderly espresso area including sweeping and mopping. Maintain exceptional guest service with all guests at all times.
