DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems and landscaping elements.
Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they remain in good working condition.
Assist with tree maintenance and address common plant diseases and insect infestations as directed.
Participate in storm drain cleaning, weed abatement, and other landscape-related tasks during inclement weather.
Report any equipment issues, worksite hazards, or concerns to the Crew Leader or Supervisor.
Ensure that landscaping activities are carried out safely, following all established procedures and standards.
Contribute to the overall success of landscaping projects by maintaining a high standard of work and attention to detail.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education/training is a bonus.
Previous landscaping experience required.
Previous experience in the property management industry preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout various property areas, including outdoor spaces and uneven surfaces.
Ability to maintain equilibrium to prevent falling from high places or when walking, standing or crouching.

Coordinating Crew Accommodations: Reserving and overseeing all the bookings of hotel accommodations and ground transportation for flight attendants, pilot crews, ad-hoc crews, and other non-crew airline employees.
Managing Escalations: Handling emergency relocations of crew members, working closely with the Supervisor on shift and ensuring timely resolutions to avoid delays or cancellations.
Client Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison between the client's Crew Scheduling, other relevant departments, and our internal teams, meeting operational requirements and resolving issues affecting crew members.
Communication and Problem-Solving: Facilitating effective communication with internal departments and management to expedite work and resolve problems.
Resource Management: Ensuring that all necessary tools, systems, and resources are accessible and operational, reporting any issues to shift supervisors promptly.
System Utilization: Efficiently utilizing all tools and technology to process, track, and report transactions, ensuring accurate registration of reservation details in the TA Connections system.

Incident Reporting: Reporting incidents professionally to the TA Connections Supervisor on shift and/or Operations Management.

Support and Special Projects: Assisting the Account Management Team, IT, Billing, and Commission Collections departments with data gathering, research, and troubleshooting, and work on special projects as assigned.
