As a Juice Haus Barista, you'll play a key role in creating refreshing and energizing beverages for our members and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare delicious juices, smoothies, coffee drinks and food items that align with our commitment to health and quality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of cold pressed juices, smoothies, other beverages, sandwiches, and food items according to standardized recipes and customer preferences. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences and dietary needs. Monitor inventory levels of fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients and communicate with management to restock supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally. Follow company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and cleanliness, and comply with all applicable food safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a health-focused or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of juicing techniques, coffee preparation methods, and food handling procedures.
