    We are currently looking for an ISA Certified Arborist (crew member) to join our team. This position is a combination of both a jobsite arborist and sales and requires a MINIMUM of 4-5 years of experience in the industry. Experienced and/or advanced climber (private and/or residential/non-line clearance preferred). This position is excellent for an individual looking to join a fast-growing company and further their career in arboriculture. Candidates MUST have the ISA credential and a valid Driver License with a clean driving record. CDL Class B (no restrictions) or higher and/or CTSP credential a major plus. Candidates should have a passion for the industry, work well with others as a team, and be safety-oriented. This job involves/requires: -Trimming and removing trees of all sizes -Well-versed in ANSI A300 and Z133 Standards -Climbing and rigging (should be familiar with SRT), including with a crane -Equipment operation, including bucket and grapple trucks and crane -Stump grinder, skid steer, and frequent chainsaw operation -Ability to lift at least 50-100 pounds regularly -Attention to detail and the ability to interpret work orders and follow directions (familiarity with SingleOps a plus) -Focus on safety and teamwork and proper use of PPE -Proper jobsite set up/pre and post-jobsite walk through to assess risks and ensure customer satisfaction -Ability to work outdoors and handle extreme weather conditions -Obtaining a Class B (no restrictions) or higher -Familiarity with proper cabling techniques and PHC a plus DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IS YOU ARE NOT AN ISA CREDENTIAL HOLDER.
