Custom Concrete is looking for hard-working, dedicated person to join our team as a Warehouse Crewmember . Warehouse Manager is responsible for ordering, stocking, and delivering construction material for Custom Concrete and all its entities. They are to job cost all material to the proper job number or department. They are to keep their office, warehouse, and yard clean and orderly. Essential Functions Outdoor Job Duties Responsible for the overall cleanness of the Yard and parking lot. Removal of trash in parking lot trash cans and empty cigarette butt cans. Warehouse/Yard Duties Inventory Control: using warehouse computer software, do a detailed monthly inventory of our top spends and a quarterly inventory of all items. Ordering, Billing, and stocking warehouse/toolroom Service our employees with supplies for their jobs. Schedule deliveries for material with our truck or from the vendor Manufacture multiple items: PVC couplers, bolt templates, rebar, wall patch, etc. Work with warehouse staff in restocking of warehouse and facility goods. (Do not allow stock to run out) Manage the removal of trash in warehouse, yard, parking lots. (Do not allow trash to overflow the cans) Manage the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and toolroom. (Sweep, organized materials with no plastic wrap, empty skids) Assist warehouse staff in any project in which they require assistance. Answer phone calls from all departments to supply them with material. Call and email vendors to discuss material deliveries and orders. Perform tasks given by the Facility Manager. Eligibility Qualifications Valid Driver's License (will be operating light and medium duty trucks) Preferred Qualifications Worked in a warehouse environment preferably as a supervisor (3 years or more).
