Masterfully prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and seasonal offerings. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and serving areas, in accordance with health and safety standards. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day Complete closing duties, including restocking items to set par levels, turning off lights, etc. Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to resort standards. Anticipate and address guests` service needs. Speak with others using a clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support your team to reach common goals. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Thank guests with genuine appreciation. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Qualifications Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English. Must have effective communication skills. Ability to implement and uphold service standards. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments. Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort. Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time. Experience, Education, & Licensure High School Diploma or GED recommended. Some College experience or Degree recommended. Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire.
