Support daily café operations - Assist with register transactions, food preparation, stocking, and opening/closing duties.
Adapt and elevate - Embrace our evolving beverage program, including the eventual introduction of beer and wine service, and maintain responsible alcohol service (once licensed).
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in specialty coffee or craft beverage service - You know your way around an espresso machine and can pour a solid latte art.
Passion for hospitality & customer service - A friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Strong work ethic & attention to detail - Consistency and quality are key in our café.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Whether it's a busy weekend morning or a special event, you can handle the rush with grace.
Team player mentality - We thrive on collaboration and support each other to create an amazing experience for our guests.
21+ years of age - Required due to our future beer and wine service.
Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with third-wave coffee techniques (single-origin espresso, pour-overs, etc.).
Knowledge of alternative milks, specialty ingredients, or wellness-driven beverages.
Prior experience in a café, bar, or hospitality setting.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems; however, must be able to work in extreme temperatures like freezers (-10°F) and kitchens (+110°F), possibly for one hour or more.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective, damaged, or lost PPE, or equipment that does not fit properly, to your manager.
SCHEDULE
The work schedule is based on the demands of the business. AM, PM, nights, overnights, weekends, and/or holiday availability are required.
