Qualifications: Professional personal appearance. Desire to have a positive attitude in a work environment. Ability to work on your feet for the majority of a full-time work week. Attention to detail in task oriented job responsibilities. Customer-focused, friendly personality. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment screening (includes background check and drug screen) Job Responsibilities: Provide a memorable and exciting experience for our guests. Execute daily assigned checklist for operating the car wash. Assist guests at kiosk with wash selection and payment process Inspect vehicles before wash process Inform guests of Infinity Club and Launch Car Wash App Assist guests with Infinity Club management Perform opening and closing tasks Maintains clean, organized car wash facility Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards and codes of conduct Follow Launch safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals Able to utilize technology through various platforms. Handle customer complaints and incident claims at Kiosk and Vac Area Bring fully-charged Smartphone to every shift. Physical Requirements: Exposure to outside elements. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
