Primary Responsibilities
* Assist customers with various financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

We are seeking an experienced hotel housekeeping associate to work at the limited-service Motel 6 Mankato, as our Assistant Head of Housekeeping. Housekeepers are responsible for providing exceptionally clean rooms and require the ability to meet standards, be reliable, and have high attention to detail. This is a fast-paced physical job; manual labor is a requirement. An ability to attend to the property with integrity and a willingness to go above and beyond is essential. For this position, we are looking for someone ready to move up into the Assistant Head of Housekeeping position. The Assistant Head of Housekeeping, begins their shifts at 8am on the days that they are covering for the Head Housekeeper. On the other days, they are scheduled to begin at 9 am. The lengths of the shifts are determined by motel occupancy and therefore vary in length but are typically 6 hours long (1pm - 5pm ending time). This is a part-time position with the potential to reach 30 hours per week. This requires someone who can print off housekeeping reports, assign rooms, inspect rooms, direct staff and lead the housekeeping team once you have been trained.
Minimum Availability:
Must be available for at least 3 shifts per week

The estimated base salary range for this job is $120,000 - $160,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $134,400 - $160,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
