Receive mortgage or loan payments, verifying payment dates and amounts due. Resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts. Explain, promote, or sell products or services such as money orders and cashier's checks. Assist with ATM functions when needed, such as counting cash, filling canisters and balancing ATM totals for all locations. Perform research to locate any errors when needed. Assist with night deposit functions and payments received by mail. Assist with the counting of delivered cash. Credit and balance the ATM general ledger when deposits are made via ATM. Post interest earned from Certificates of Deposit owned by OFSL at other financial institutions. Complete branch capture daily of all checks processed that business day for receipt by core processor. Assist drive-thru tellers when needed. Travel to branch locations to cover vacancies when needed. Ensure teller area is properly stocked and maintained. Order a supply of cash to meet daily needs. Will be trained to work in deposit services in addition to teller training.
