Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
Assists clients and the branch team by helping with new account openings when needed
Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
6+ months of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detailed oriented, and organized with follow-up skills
Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology
Cash handling experience
