Ensures all accounts are opened and loan documents are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures that proper records are maintained accurately and information is entered on the appropriate systems and records are routed to the appropriate departments. Process deposits to checking and savings accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for endorsement and negotiability and enters the transaction into the teller terminal. Cashes checks and pays money from checking and savings accounts. Verifies signatures and customer account balances. Processes transactions for various bank products and services including loan payments, safe deposit boxes, cashier's checks, savings bonds, cash advances etc. Receives and processes loan payments. Completes consumer loan applications and submits for approval. Has a thorough working knowledge of all bank and branch goals, policies and procedures. Has expertise of all deposit products and services. Is aware of all current marketing and advertising promotions. NECESSARY SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Knowledge of bank products and services.
