The Assistant Head of School-Upper Campus will lead academics and operations for the school's upper campus staff, site, and 4th to 8th grade. Reporting to and in close partnership with the Head of School, Martine Trusz, the AHoS-UC will be managing, developing, supporting, and evaluating faculty and ensuring excellence in the development, delivery, and assessment of the 4th to 8th grade academic and co-curricular program. The Assistant Head will be a critical partner in coordinating various strategic, educational, and operational initiatives designed to align the school's mission and values with its policies, and practices while ensuring the continuation of its joyful, curious, and inclusive culture.

**In this role you will:**
