There are a lot of excellent coworkers

Cons of working at Bank of the Pacific

Management can be an extreme hit or miss. Some branches have excellent managers and others cause a lot of turn over due to how they treat employees.

No favorite perk. Decent place to work if you get into a good branch.

What do you like best about Bank of the Pacific's CEO and the leadership team?

Not much interaction with the CEO. I've heard she's nice to employees when she's in the local branches.

How would you improve Bank of the Pacific's culture?

Greater focus on improving quality of managers hired as they can make or break the working environment in a branch/department.

Make sure you know about the history of the bank and it's core values

How does your compensation at Bank of the Pacific compare to the industry average?

Unfortunately the compensation is not the best and is not enough to live on alone unless you are living with someone else who can supplement your income
