Properly record ingredient usage. Follow all GMP/Food Safety/Safety policies during the shift. Report to supervisor any occurrences or observations as to possible correction. adhere to breaks schedule for the shift and length of breaks. Any and all other duties deemed necessary by supervision. Sanitation Duties: Properly Lock out/Tag out any applicable equipment before cleaning. Keep scaling area clean. Sweep floors/wipe down tables.
