Responsibilities The baker's primary responsibilities include baking, merchandising and packaging goods such as artisan breads, bagels, croissants, cookies and other pastries. This will include loading carts and racks with product; lifting and stacking flour; and operating all kitchen machinery including ovens, proofers, and mixers while maintaining a clean, sanitary and attractive work environment.
