Specific Accountabilities:

* Follow safe food handling and personal hygiene practices
* Follow safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout of equipment
* Receive, rotate and store department deliveries
* Record all waste to ensure accurate shrink information
* Stay current on food trends and new items relevant to department and building sales
Education, Experience, and Skills:
* High school diploma
* 2 years experience with bakery production operations
* Current certification in food safety required
* Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal and listening skills

Crispelli's Bakery is a growing retail and wholesale bakery looking for a daytime bread baker. We specialize in artisan style breads and pastries including naturally leavened hearth breads, pan breads, rolls, viennoiserie, cookies, quiche, cakes, and more. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about the craft of artisan baking, being part of a close-knit team, and continuously learning and improving their skillset. Previous experience in bread production and bread baking is required.
Our Evening Bread Baker is required to bake all the bread produced on that production day. They will operate a 4-deck stone oven that has an automated loader and a rotating double rack oven.
