The Baker is responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of all bakery equipment, pans and utensils. Controls Food Cost

Maintains Cleanliness

Summary: Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets; assists in production planning to meet daily requirements.

As a Cake Decorator/Baker, you are responsible for the preparation and presentation of cakes, which are often produced as one-of-a-kind baked goods. You must possess creativity, organizational ability, and a good deal of energy. Your creativity should lend itself to tying the cake into a client's theme.
Responsibilities include:
Complete daily store production efficiently, deliver product as needed.
Production of cakes and desserts which includes baking and decorating based on customer's requests/theme.
Follow daily production sheet.
Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment.
Comply with dress code requirements including uniform, name badge & hair cover.
Receiving and putting away deliveries.
Work as part of a team unit.
Clean the bakery equipment: oven, decorating utensils, workstation.

Qualifications:
Work experience as a Baker/Cake Decorator or similar role.
Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.

Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, early mornings, and weekends.
Must be 18 or older.

The employee is frequently required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; extreme cold and extreme heat preparing food. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Decorate quality 85C Baked goods.
Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, filling and baking.
Teamwork, follow direction and work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
Provide sufficient breads and maintaining quality to meet 85°C standard and completing designated tasks perfectly.
Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications
